The annual Water Bomb Festival concert took place in Seoul, South Korea on June 23rd when a number of K-Pop artists and groups (female and male) performed in a variety of clothes while being drenched by water. There's no official video of the show AFAICS but a fan has posted on his channel a shedload of material showing female performers:

One performer who has gone viral from the show is soloist Kwon Eunbi who was wearing a white top over a bra, she looked very sexy and IMO she seemed to throughly enjoy being wet. These are the videos of her performance (in order of increasing wetness):
