What was the point of this stunt? Where she emerges from the water, the scene is incorrectly framed, and then any possible emergence from the water is cut out.

It’s like some kind of cargo cult practice, where someone decided that just falling into water has some kind of magic effect on selling property.

Not that I am in any way surprised that it would come to this, although one has to wonder why this trend started in the first place. I doubt that any of the original realtors to start it were secret wet fetishists — just a way to goof off, I suppose.
