Such a set requires a lot of things, you will have to take your equipment from the studio outdoors to a good place you have to find first, with good natural light and maybe not to many people running around. You need good weather, sun, not too many clouds, even the wind could be a problem. And you need time. Getting the modell wet can be done quiet fast, but drying takes time.  

But time is what most producers today do not want to spent. Photographers like Victor obviously spent a lot of time with preparing the scene, the modells, the hole setup. Unfortunatly he only does no more outdoorsets, but his studioset show a lot work. Thank you Victor!

The other side are thone "Teenage-Poolparty" some other producers show us. In that case most models do not even have the time to dry their hair from the previous session, sometimes the clothes even show the wet underwear from the other session. Do you really thinks, such a producer will do a set involving the time for jeans to go from wet to dry?
