Well, it's pretty simple actually. You can achieve this with simple software and limited knowledge in AI.

Recently I discovered a very simple way to do it and with one day of practice, I can generate the scenario I want and the exact outfit I want. And the result is very very realistic

Would be cool if someone finally explains, how normal folks like us can produce these images. And to answer your question: This sort of content will be the future - it' faster, cheaper and 100% tailored on your needs. Photographers will get a hard time.
