Vintage wetlook new to me

I had never heard of Vikki Dougan until I happened upon a vintage wetlook picture of her. She has an IMDB filmography with a number of credits. Remember Jessica Rabbit (Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988))? Although the cartoon character was inspired by several real-life screen femme fatales, her look was apparently inspired by Vikki Dougan.
