So Bill, those "vanilla people" who offered advice: were they happy with their girl/boy friends or spouses? If so then maybe you should query them further and try to learn something from someone successful rather than blundering around on your own or asking help from people you know nothing about. Or look around at the happy people you know and try to learn from them. There are an immense number of relatively happy people in the world (in spite of what you may see on the screen) and they come in all shapes, sizes, genders, races, religions and ages. The difference between you and them is what is going on between your ears. So figure out what is wrong and fix it.

Oh, and notice I said to learn from "happy" people, not sexually exhausted people? More people are going to want to be around you if you are happy than otherwise. And especially if you make them happy. Maybe that's the impossible hoop that Mr. 47 year old Anonymous was referring to. If you are happy and make a woman happy, a bond will grow that may lead to something great. But you need to take the time and make the effort. Go to a party, get someone drunk, bang her and leave leads to disappointment. (And a lingering headache.) Like every single thing in life, if you take your time to get it right, the results will always be better.

Dry spell rant

Merry Xmas everyone! As of now, it's been 3 years since I've had sex, not for the lack of trying, just rotten luck/I'm bad at it/etc. In terms of wetlook I have taken a few pictures of friends fully clothed in water, but they didn't progress past just a fun and silly photo project. Lack of intimacy kind of gets to me sometimes, but I can't seem to do anything about it, it does get a bit lonely and frustrating, and run of the mill canned advice from vanilla people, remarks that "don't look for love, let love find you" or "you will find someone" have gotten old at least a year ago. Bleh.
