Step 1:

Heavily slow down quantity! Swamping the market will only make every single set less valuable, less interesting.One set a week - as others do - is more than enough. Let it be three sets (one female, one male, one group), then this will be about 160 a year. You can take much more time for each single set to improve the quality: Slow accurate photography, better postprocessing to finish a good work. Normal set price can easily be a little bit higher, see the market for compare.

Step 2: Invest in a steep learning curve of photographers.

Step 3: videos of equal quality (comparable to other producers)

That's a good amount of things to do, I know. But growing from a startup to a quality producer takes time, passion, money and more. Alternative:None. Otherwise I Think you'll be wiped off the market soon.

And about the passion:

You confessed to be a wetlook fan too. Sadly there are only few sets which have this emotional touch I am looking for in wetlook photography (and most others too). Its really rare up to now that I felt this (justing only on your preview pics!).

Two models with whom I would stick for more as a photographer. They have style and expression.

There are some more fine girls of this class, especially among your older sets.

Its nothing wrong to give those many obviously unexperienced girls from the street good advice how to pose best. It doesn't look as if the photographers do so; maybe because they don't feel what the passion of wetlook really means. If so, change them...
