I'm curious — before you told her how sexy she was with wet clothes, how did you react to her getting into the pool or jacuzzi fully clothed? Did you get in with her, or just watch?

I do understand that it's possible to say something that causes something to snap inside someone, some bubble of innocence or isolation to burst. I know, because I've had that bubble burst myself. However, I would like to believe that in a loving relationship, built on openness and honesty, that wounds like this would heal and that you'd bounce back even higher.

However, I've read a few too many tales of woe here, and coupled with divorce rates, my perception of the viability of long-term relationships just takes battering after battering.

My wife used to litterally not care about her clothes getting wet...She was coming back from work or play and would jump right in our pool in summer or in our jacuzzi in the winter! Jeans ,leggings ,skirt ,tights, whatever ... once that i told her how sexy she was with her clothes shinning and clinging to her body and how i loved that . She stop doing it !!! Because she tought that i was finding her wet clothes sexy and not her...Since I told her about my fetish (5 years ago) I never seen her wet... but it was at lease once a month minimum that she got wet before that... so yes people just don't understand!!!

I had an exchange on one forum where we discussed the shower shows of ETV, the European erotic satellite TV channel I mentioned several times before on the forum. This channel has been known for fully or semi clothed showers and other fetish requests live on TV in their night show and internet only premium streams.

This guy basically said this about the models performing the showers: Most of the girls absolutely hate doing them, especially fully clothed, and indeed ETV classed them along with pantyhose, balloons, oil, etc etc as one of the fetishes they were trying to get rid of. The problem with the fetish requests was that the girls don't really like them and find them both puzzling and tedious.

So I felt a bit low after this. That is why I ask: Is our fetish strange and are we weirdos? Are those models on those many websites dong it only for the money?
