I'll give you my 'armchair quarterback' observation. One of the bigger reasons is that a lot of youtube account holders have turned wetlook into a money-making venture for themselves. They steal other's videos and put them up on their own account page, then utilize a barrage of 'tags' like wet clothes, wet blouse, etc, to get views, and then they host ads on their videos so they can get paid. Making money off of other's work. The side-effect is that they use so many tags, that when you search something like "girl, pool, clothes", youtube will direct you right to their videos - since they are using the most related tags. So you try to search for new wet clothes vids, and all you see is the same stuff that has been on the web for 10 years. Creates the illusion that there is no new wetlook vids.

There are probably the same amount, if not more new videos out there, as ever before, just have to find a workaround for the wetlook pirates.

I'm sure there are other reasons, but this is the one that jumped to mind.

Is it just me, or has the amount of candid videos posted to Youtube of girls just jumping into lakes/rivers/fountains or going to the beach fully clothed severely decreased? 4-5 years ago, you could easily find new material weekly by just using simple search terms, and there would be almost daily threads here of people posting their new finds, but nowadays I can barely find anything new by searching myself, and the few threads people make, god bless them, are full of modeled wetlook. Not complaining about the people taking the time to post them, it's just an observation. Are girl just not having fun filming themselves playing clothed in the water any more?
