That device was already invented in the 17th century....and was commonly called "The Ducking Stool"

The only place in the world that still has this as a tourist attraction where you can see girls dunked in their dresses every day....is on the island of Bermuda....which they still do this as a show for the tourists...

The place that used to have much better ducking stool events with more nicely dressed girls....used to be at the annual Alnwick Fair every July in the UK....

Sadly......those events ended in 2007, cos the town council ran out of money and could not raise enough sponsors, so the economic recession caused the Fair to be shut down and I do not think they have had one in recent years.

In Sweden we call something for the electric chair, something some way to judge criminals to death before?
But then I came to think of wet chair, either you have done reached stupid, or you do it in a game.
We say that a girl sitting on a chair, obviously with some nice clothes on, she can answer any questions and she answers wrong so you either throw water on her, or she gets showered with water in one way or another.
Sure it would have been a fun game?
We have mane games like that maybe but i like the name on it.
