I remember that one too and add it to my favorits. It was a Dutch girl in a canal in Amsterdam during the WK of 2010. The top wasn't red, it was orange.

It is removed from youtube, maybe someone downloaded it.

I'm looking for a youtube video in which a young blonde lady swims in a canal to fix a boat(I think the story is the propeller got caught in water weeds). She is wearing a red top, blue jeans and I think red Converse All-Stars. At the end she climbs out of the water and walks away soaking wet. Anyone has a link to it?
