UMD and others are DEAD, almost all messages are from commercial producers there... this forum is open for everyone, that´s the reason

Because it's open, with no tedious joining or registering rigmarole. Even a lurker may like to say "thank you" for something especially good; a casual visitor may make a contribution.

The downside is you sometimes get comedians making a nuisance of themselves, but on balance free speech works best.
