It couldn't be plus 2 model years from 1941 unless it is a military vehicle. No civilian automobiles were made in model years 1943-1945 because all available factories were engaged exclusively in production of military equipment for World War 2. 1942 model year cars, manufactured in late 1941, are rare.

I'm no expert, but vehicle styles of the 1950s didn't look like that. I tried a few google image searches, and the closest match I could come up with is a 1941 Chrysler Windsor. If it's not that, it would have to be +/- one or at most two model years, and still in the Chrysler line.
