I knew Joe when I lived in Germany. I have been at many wetlook events where Joe was filming. Joe is kind of like Leon and Flaviu, except older, in that he is friendly, looks like a nice guy, is very polite and doesn't bother anybody and often people talk to him at the events to see what he is doing. I have watched Joe in action and I never saw anybody get angry at him or object to his camera in any way. As a matter of fact many girls will "pose" for him or he will convince them to go in the water even though the girls might not have considered getting wet. Joe also always has permission from the place he is filming so it isn't like he is sneaking around. I have been to the disco in these videos, it has been Natrix, Catwalk and now apparently XCESS and believe me, most of the girls there will be quite happy to be filmed, they like the attention. Look at the way many of these girls are dressed, they certainly like to be noticed.
