I pretty much discovered the concept or Zorbing from a previous message... So if I understand correctly, they add a bucket of water inside to come between the high-friction plastic of the inner sphere and the skin of the participant, lest you'd get friction burns. Why do they ask the participant to be fully dress I'm not sure, maybe to reduce further the chances of burns, yet girls go in there in top with bare shoulders.

Anyway, it does lead to candid wetlook videos galore, that's for sure. Fine ones in spirit too: candid, consenting if not outright eager, groups of people having fun close together, the whole moving thing... It's hard to get perfect video, of course, but once it is put on YT, but one can now avail himself to the post-upload "Stabilisation" feature, which does wonders.
