It is a nice place to visit....great food and shopping and a very safe and pleasant place to live. I spent 2 years living there and had an apartment off Orchard Rd near the main shopping area.

FYI when I lived there (1990 - 1991) the only place to see wetlook was as the beach on the road to Changi Airport, but since then there have been many new developments, and not just fountains. Just recently they opened Universal Studios Singapore, so you can now see the Waterworld wetlook show if you go there.

It most be a nice place to visit in Singapore, almost a shower.
