This is not "conventional" swimsuit. Conventional are the bikinis and the one-piece swimsuits. For me it is like a combination of a leggings and a top. And I can see some wetlook here. If some girls wore such suits to swim in rivers, I would love it...

2.1 In this forum 'Wetlook' means wearing ANY wet clothing, other than standard, modern swimwear.

Swimsuits don't qualify as "wetlook". Nice try, though. Perhaps you should read through the forum rules?
