Right-click on a thumbnail view and select 'Properties'. The dialogue box contains a url for the thumbnail. Copy and Paste this url then remove the '_s' or replace the 's' with 'o' (original), 'b' (big) or 'l' (large), one of which should give you a bigger image. Works for me.

I know this issue has been addressed before about spaceball.gif files on Flickr. It seems that all the suggestions mentioned on this forum no longer do the job, i.e., Flickr has caught onto these tricks. Any new solutions to eliminating those spaceballs? Some of these wetlook pictures are too good to pass up!
