http://www.keepvid.com is a good website for this feature... if it's available in HQ, the HQ flv is higher res than the MP4.

Also, if you install RealPlayer it has a plugin that will give you a record button. Last time I tried it would only download low-quality vids.

The new youtube set-up has a button that says "Save to", but when I click on mine it just says "Loading".

Any help on how to get around this ?
