After doing some research I've found a couple more from the same place. This is the Pool Side Bar at the Upchurch Golf Club in Sittingbourne, Kent. See http://www.urvgc.demon.co.uk/cater.htm

Apparently there is a tradition there that staff who are leaving get thrown into the swimming pool fully clothed ;)

In this a girl called Lucy gets thrown in during her last shift before going to Canada. This was obviously an evening shift and the video is too dark to be worthwhile, though she is heard to shriek that the water is "absolutely freezing"!

Not quite sure whether this is some kind of health resort or spa. A girl jumps into the pool in full uniform on her last day of work, followed by two colleagues.
