I'd like to add to what have I and other people have written, that the chances of being arrested for the fountain bathing I would characterise as "rather unlikely" but not "absolutely impossible".

And I'd call the fountain in the Maneznaya square the best fountain in Moscow. It is great for bathing (tolerent police, other bathers around if the weather is good), though alas, I haven't personally tried it. And it is excellent for watching and filming. You get an unobstructed view of the fountains, and the sun is always behind you.

The words "let's go" were said by the guys filming the video.

I don't think, that it went as far as an arrest, The policemen could just told them to get out of the fountain, or they might just want to get aquainted with them. But the author comment to the video says: "my friend and I were taking a walk in Maneznaya Square. We saw two chicks, bathing in a fountain. Watch to the end of the video to see who picked them up. I think they'll remember it for a long time."

On the other hand I know the area well, and the police usually don't haress people, bathing in the fountains. But as Mahony said, it is a special police team, used for special purposes. These guys normally don't show up in the area, unless there is a special event. And even if a policemen in Russia tells you to go with him, he can let you go in a minute.

Yes it is arest. If you underrstand russsian language you will hear the words of one of these guys; "now you are going with us"
