There is also a note on the website, with a picture. In dutch there is written the following text:

De Duitser uit Koblenz die de schuimfuif 2007 gefilmd heeft beloofde ons zijn film bezorgen zodra deze gemonteerd is.

Sindsdien hebben we echter niets meer gehoord van deze rare man. Tot de week voor de volksfeesten 2008 dan bezorgde hij ons een film van 22 minuten. Om terug binnen te mogen.

Nu heeft hij beloofd de film te bezorgen tegen half september 2008.

The german from Koblenz who filmed the foamparty in 2007 had promised to return the video. Since we haven't heard from him anymore. Until  a week before the party of 2008 started. Then he gaves a movie of 22 minutes to have access.

Unfortunatly there are not so respectfull about this guy, but I am, and I guess we all are.  So according to me I would be pleased to see the movie made of this party.
