If I ever make a trip out to Portland, I'd go out to Oneonta Gorge. There's sure to be many people there getting wet wading in the river. Also, about 160 miles southeast of Portland is the Paulina Plunge. Many people do that activity in clothes, and it's required to wear shoes all the time, even in the water.

It was over 100 degrees in Portland, OR today. It is expected to be over 100 tomorrow, Saturday. Anyone with a camera will find hundreds of subjects at the Salmon Springs fountain (Salmon and Naito Parkway) or at the Forecourt fountain across from the Civic Auditorium. Uh, that one is an entire block of pools and falls between Market and Clay and 3rd and 4th, right downtown. Unfortunately I will be out of town, so please post your photos.
