Try This.... On any YouTube page top left corner next to the logo you will see either a Country name and a Language. Click on the Country and set your preference (I use Worldwide...get more when you search), then click on your language preference.

can anyone tell me why am i watching every youtube in dutch.i cannot read or find a way to get english.even the home pg is in dutch and i don't see a language flag either on the home pg
