What's the problem exactly? Suds stuck in the clothes, or suds stuck in the tub? I'm confused, which is easy these days.

A question for wammers with hot tubs. Our hot tub is clothing not optional which leads to a problem, suds! I've checked the sanitizer level, used anti foaming agents, double rinsed the clothes and I'm still fighting soap residue, particularly when the blower is turned on. Any suggestions?
