Magazines like Club used to run a certain amount of wetlook material, and I used to trawl through them every month at a nasty newstand in Toronto just on the off chance that they'd print something good. After I got a computer six or seven years ago, I stumbled across Eric Elsas's old wetlook site almost entirely by accident, and was amazed to discover that other people were into wetlook, too. A bit later I found this forum and Wamtec, which had links to things like Akuna video, Wetlook Romania, Wet Brian's videos, all the wonderful variety and ingenuity of Leonmoomin's work, and of course Nigel's own videos. At the risk of being soppy, let me take this opportunity to say thanks to everybody for their contributions, and especially to Nigel for providing this forum: wetlook may still be a real minority taste, but this is by far the best time for wetlook material, whether casual or posed. Cheers.

OK, as far back as you can remember, who/what were some of the original wetlook postings? My time goes back to 1998 or so ... and the earliest I remember is a guy named "Mathias." It was when I first discovered the Internet and this forum, and I recall saying to myself ... "holy shit, there are a whole bunch of people like me who have this same fetish!" I recall that every picture was like a new gift ... from the time when you would hunt and peck in 1000 magazines or whatever to find a picture and here they were, all in one place, all original, ready for your viewing pleasure!
