in my hometown they encourage people (particularly kids) to wear T-shirts and longer pants in public outdoor pools (in the water, too) -- for protection against the sun. They even give out sponsored tees for free to kids on occasion. |

By Charis - Tue 09/10/07 16:03:37 GMT Hi Wetlooklovers all over the world!
Glad to see and read that you can swim fully clothed in a Hotel pool. But.... How are your experiences in a "normal" (indoor and/or outdoor) pool?? In my village it is (hope was) not done, why I did not ask (I did not dare to ask, I was too young) but have good memories of the end of one season, guys threw the poolguards in the pool!!! Don't know if it's a tradition, hope so....
Look forward your answers.
