Wet clothes are inadvisable, with preference to dry clothes.
Still, the article reads like a "The End is Nigh" proclamation. Denim? They kidding? I can barely withstand the *British* summer in a t-shirt, and if I were less shy or had a good body I'd probably want to go topless just to help retain consciousness. But to wear a denim top? Do they want me to pass out from the heat? Good grief man.
