That sounds correct. I remember the song now. I was around 9 years old when I watched it on the telly, so I guess I didn´t catch the sarcasm. I guess it´s better to remember it as a good moment, than trying to find the clip and be dissapointed.

I think this sketch is from a show from the late 70's with the late British comedian Peter Cook, known for his work with Dudley Moore since the 60's

It was based on a song caled Lovely Ladies in Wet Blouses, done in the style of Hollywood musicals from the 1930's As I remember, he kept saying all through the show: -When do we see the ladies in wet blouses - and then they came on in the end. It was however a somewhat dissapointing scene because you did not see that much of them - and because it was done to make fun of guys like us in a way that I didn' t like, being a 16-year old kid, trying to come to terms with the fact that only "ladies in wet blouses" would arouse me.

After reading this forum for a while, i am impressed with what information you are able to dig up conserning old wetlook clips. That brings hope for me to track my oldest wetlook memory.

I don´t remember much about it, because this was in the late 70´s early 80´s, so some of this information can be wrong. I think it was a humour show based in a studio with one man, and some lovely ladies. The show had a lot of sketches, with the man in lead. I think I remember he drowe a yellow cab in one sketch. But the important part comes at the end when the guy surrounded by lovely ladies dressed only in thin blouses says somthing like: "We have the ladies. We have the blouses.The only thing we need is some water." And then some fountains come up from the floor, and the ladies start to parrade around in them. The result should be clear to all the readers of this forum...

If anybody have some information to help me track down this clip, I will be very greatful.
