There are two sentences I remember from my youth (before the web was invented and before I knew wetlook existed). One was "Deluge" where london got flooded. There's a good description of the girl who gets caught in the flood. She says something like "I've never been so soaked in my life" and the author goes on to describe how her clother clung to her. The other was a Famous Five book where George pushed her boat out to sea and jumped in "though with very wet feet". They really turned me on - but hey, I was thirteen - everything turned me on |
In reply to Message (23855) wetlook in books
By sjakie - Wed 26/07/06 14:04:04 GMT I love to read books, always romans, and use my imagination and let the story play in my brain like a movie. So when I read about a woman getting wet fully clothed my imagination projecting a perfect wetlook scene. That is why I am searching for books with a lot of wetlook. Maybe someone on this forum knows a good storie from a good writer for me.
For anyone who has'nt read this one. Try "the seventh scroll" from Wilbur Smith (Dutch title is "Het Koningsgraf".). The female karakter gets wet in a lot of outfits. In almost every book of Wilbur smith the female gets wet clothed.
Please respond and give me some titles.
