Don't know about pool parties and discos, but Bulgaria has quite a mild climate for a southern destination and for that reason is a good destination for fully clothed beach wetlook. Not as good for jeans etc as the cold beaches of Britain, Germany, Poland or Estonia, but much better then the wetlook-free Canary Islands or Costa del Sol.
