Caused access to front page 2000?

When I opened this link, my system tried to access Front Page (which is on my system). It tried to install something that's apparently on the Front Page disk that I didn't install when I installed front page. It requested that I insert the Front Page disk. I've never seen this happen before. I have no idea what on this site might be associated with an uninstalled piece of Front Page, anybody got any idea? Maybe just the cyrillic, but I can see that OK without installing anything additional. Is there any security issue here?
