What do women want out of wetlook anyway? Do you have any female customers of WetlookDVD? I do wonder, do women buy into videos and DVDs, or is commercial wetlook only something that men like? How about lesbian and bisexual women? It tends to be assumed -- I think? -- that porn (and related areas like wetlook) is just for men but women look at porn too. So presumably it figures that some women will want to look at other women, even if they don't want pictures of men.

Another curious issue I was thinking about, was age, and this is a good area for filtering. For example, when I saw desired age for wetlook models as "very young, teens" my reaction is "you perverts!" (not sure why, maybe the implied suggestion of age difference) but then, if the person voting was themselves a teenager then it would be a perfectly valid age group! There is a lot that you can't easily read from results that are all jumbled together.

Another go at the survey would of course resolve the fact that you modified the survey part-way through, which means that the results are going to be confused now :) doh.

I agree completely! I also would like to see some results based on a previous question... For example: what did the 5% women answer on the questions... But I don't think the free service I used has that kind of filters... A shame! I'll look for some other web based servey software and try again...

And I promise to leave the WetlookDVD references in any other survey ;-)

As a poll creator, is there any provision to filter the overall results based on values given for particular questions? For example (and this is the most obvious) split the results into two sets on whether the voters selected male or female, to compare how the two genders see the subject matter. Or compare by age?

Actually it would be quite fun I imagine to write a poll engine with this ability (although I vote a better database person for this task! Everyone stare at Anthony! j/k), especially seeing as I imagine it's not possible with Mister Poll or any others. I get the feeling that the wetlook preferences poll is a bit iffy without the ability to filter down on particular questions to better understand the demographics involved. I'd be happy to offer ideas as to how you'd interact with it visually when doing the filtering, though.

I doubt if the producer does have a big effect in THIS poll.

Sure, I asked about wetlookDVD, but I only did that as a last question...

Beside that, allready 250 people have run through the survey, and that's way more then our number of customers...

Also, I tried to make it as unbiased as possible. (but then again, I'm not a professional survey-maker)

I have to wonder how much poll results are affected by who runs the poll. I suspect Styx, Wetlook U and MK would get different results. I like dressy, produced wetlook more than casual clothing and unintended wetlook, and glamourus but modest over stuff that leans toward porn, so I'm probably more likely to take a poll done by Styx. I'd expect the poll results to reflect the tastes of the polling producers customer base, meaning the stuff they are doing. I'd like to see results of a poll done by Eromaxx or MK to see how the results differ.
