Just imagine a female "heritage warden" having to go into the fountain in her uniform to get the people out! That would be quite a sight, wouldn't it?

Even though it's been accepted to go in the fountains for years to cool off,the London authorities face being sued if someone slips or swallows the water....It will be interesting to see if the ban remains this summer....Or see if the wardens can stop 30-40 people getting in the fountains on a very hot day!!

hi whats the problem about playing in the london fountains it seems like you have some people who don't want people to enjoy them selves & stay cool on a hot day .
