That is an old video. I recorded that off MTV (or VH1) probably five years ago.

Denise by Fountains of Wayne has a foxy chick in a car wash getting wet, it's pretty decent. It's on Launch, go to: http://music.yahoo.com/ar-315176-videos--Fountains-Of-Wayne and click on the little orange TV button next to 'Denise (1999)' and the video will come up (you need to be signed in with your Yahoo ID though).
