The good thing about Yahoo is it gives an easy to maintain message board, with "taster" sized pictures and files, all for free. I put my more popular photoshoots onto a real (but very basic) free website so people who like them can get them full size. However, since it's free, there is limited bandwidth.

N.B. There is no point in searching Yahoo for adult groups, they are "hidden".

However, once you have found one, the rest can normally be found in the links sections.

Apart from my own (which has loads of other things as well as wetlook) some groups you may enjoy are

There used to be lots more, but most were deleted by Yahoo, probably because someone complained about copyright infringements (not a problem in my case, because all the pictures in my groups are of me! - and friends)

If anyone can suggest to me a genuinely better alternative to Yahoo, I'd jump at it.

But so far, no one has. MSN, for example, just has a different set of drawbacks.

As I explained 2 threads below this one, u have to talk the group owner into making u a co-moderator to ba able to view the images full size!

No, you didn't miss much. Several people have started and maintained groups in Yahoo, but Yahoo has proven to be such a poor host for pictures and/or files that it is more a point of frustration than anything else. Yahoo may serve as a convenient means of communicating with a group of like-mined people, but not for exchanging media.

I gave up long ago on trying to get the real-sized images from Yahoo (I don't think it can be done;-) but I would welcome anyone who knows how, to explain it.

Can anyone suggest some nice wetlook yahoo groups, especially with candid pictures or movie/ TV vidcaps? I just registered with yahoo, entered their search engine for wetlook groups and what few things I found were really disappointing! I had expected there to be a ton of nice stuff, but unless I missed something, yahoo groups are terrible!
