the tv coverage by MTV in the USA has been simply appalling....in the USA they missed all the best acts earlier in the day or kept going to presenters talking all the time...over the musicians... or commercial breaks....they just cut out most of THE WHO's performance with presenters and a commercial break....and the sound system being broadcast over the tv really sucks too.

The organizers of this event seem to have a logistical nightmare...the tv coverage is abysmal.....nothing like the 1985 conference...when they just let everything air live...and do NOT keep interrupting with presenters and commercial breaks....

awful...I stopped watching it cos it was so annoying in the way they were presenting things

At the Live8 concert in Circus Maximus in Rome, the firemen are hosing people down to cool them off... anyone watching... or going ?
