I prefer video. I'll download pictures if sets accompany the video, but I'm unlikely to look at them. I have accumulated a library of downloaded zips I have yet to look at.
I prefer videos where there is no still photographer, or if there is one, is working unobtrusively.
When stills are being shot, the model typically poses for and plays to the still camera, diminishing the enjoyment of the video.
Stills are almost always shot with a flash, which is annoying to watch on the video.
I find it better when the model(s) behave more naturally (as if the camera is not even there), but if they totally ignore the camera, sometimes the camera is unable to capture the best actions/angles.
What seems (for me) to produce the most enjoyable result is when the model plays for the video camera but without doing so overtly.

I have another question, what is the most important part of product for you: video or pictures? Are you watching a video and then pictures, or only pictures, or only video? Or you only need close-up shots?
And second question: should model pose mostly for pictures or play for video? Or do it in her way, like photographer and video operator are hidden or not exist?
