Yes, its wetlook and what more, famous jeans wetlook, but my opinion is the jeans and in any case all clothes should be visible when wet. I appreciate your work, but I have seen much more better pics. The best thing is for example when the girl is floating on the water, the clothes become soaked every moment and this is the best view. Shiny wet. And pretty nice girl, bla bla bla. Think about it.
