One thing that turns me on is seeing a woman wearing a short flippy black pleated miniskirt, tight black top and black tights in the rain. I have always loved those scenes where a girl is wearing these and suddenly a rumble of thunder occurs with lightning and she reacts, shrinking away soaking wet.
