| I actually started off to write a post saying I completely agreed with you, plonss. But then thought "hang on, if one of the youtube links I post turns out to be a copy (how would I know?) I will be seriously pissed off if people therefore make negative comments about me or about my whole post". Which is why I changed the message to "don't shoot the messenger, name and shame the correct guilty party". I do feel strongly that more people should do what youngwetfan did with neomautusiono in post 68200, proactively criticising, rather than just lashing out in reply to somebody innocently posting a link (though whether the words "innocently posting" apply to angelhound I wouldn't like to say!). |

I only become wary from all these people on youtube and elsewhere stealing and using material from others..

...asking the question ON THE FORUM is targeting the wrong person. The person who posted it to the Forum may not know that it was a repost, and be innocently posting the link to be helpful to other Forum users.
Please don't discourage people from posting links on the Forum (to youtubes or anything else) by accusing the Forum posters of thievery. If you want to criticise somebody on the Forum, do so by naming and shaming the poster of the original youtube (eg in post 69037 Manuela Lesbe should be criticised, not Wet Guy), and be nice to the Forum poster! |
