Gosh.....there are many scenes like this....I need more detail such as

- the country of origin

- name one of the actors in the scene

Quite a few years ago, I believe somewhere in the 1990's, there was and ending to a movie where a woman knocked a girl into a pool. The girl's hands were tied in the front, and she was wearing a black sweater (I believe), jeans and shoes or socks. The woman tried to drown her after by repeatedly hitting her with the pole of a poolnet. She then walked down the steps of the pool to physically do it.

What was the name of that movie?
