By Azuremist - Fri 16/12/05 20:04:33 GMT Seriously though, I'm pretty convinced that my little sister is into it just as much as I am. Looking back, she dropped a lot of hints. I hope I never find out for sure. *shudders* |
In reply to Message (19825) Warning Signs That Your Friend May Be A Wammer
By KraWam - Thu 15/12/05 18:11:07 GMT WARNING SIGNS THAT YOUR FRIEND MIGHT BE A WAMMER
People are justly concerned that their friends are being led into danger by the WAM subculture. How can you tell if your friend is a WAMMER? Look for these warning signs:
* Wears layered clothing. * Wears wet T-shirts. * Listens to WET bands such as Delta Goodrem, or to other soggy music. * "Hangs out" with new friends. * Demands an unusual amount of privacy. * Shows diminished interest in wholesome activities such as work, housekeeping, and sports. * Splashes people for fun. * Stays up late at night and/or drinks water. * Watches wet videos. * Complains of dryness, boredom, cynicism, or thirst. * Is secretive. * Spends large amounts of time alone. * Spends large amounts of time with people you don’t know. * Uses a computer or the Internet. * Plays video games or role-playing games. * Reads science fiction or fantasy books. * Writes angry entries in a secret diary (you can usually find the diary easily if you search your friend’s flat). * Has paranoid fantasies (many WAMMERS accuse their friends of spying on them). * Pursues dangerous cult religions such as PHILOSOPHY, LIFESAVING, HINDUISM and BUDDHISM. * Insists on spending time with friends while unaccompanied by a dry person. * Uses water to inscribe pentagrams or other symbols on leisure centres and pools. * Sleeps too much or too little. * Eats too much or too little. * Looks at wetlook photos or otherwise shows interest in water. * Is a homosexual, bisexual, or "pansexual." * Leaves soggy teeshirts or other wetlook paraphernalia around the house. * Eats WAM-related foods such as Count Soggula breakfast cereal. * Mocks authority figures such as checkout cashiers, guidance counselors, or lifeguards. * Says, "I am a WAMMER." * Wears a pin that says, "I am a WAMMER." * Talks about going to wetlook clubs or pool parties. * Asks for wet clothing from casual acquaintances. * Owns more than ten pair of jeans. * Dances to music. * Behaves in any unusual or alarming way.
