It feels like it wasn't that long ago when we had what I'd call "checklist wetlook" where someone had to get everything in so that there was something for everybody.

Yep it's gone stale. Jeans, jeans, jeans and more jeans. Plus all the models look the same. I don't bother clicking on most of the links on here anymore as it's just the same old same old. Teenage / twenties skinny model posing in pool / shower / whatever with jeans. They don't even try to look as if they're enjoying it in a sexual way which is what it's all about. Those that do make some effort confine their efforts to glancing suggestively into the camera sideways - a bit like some drunk trollop in a nightclub trying to give you the come-on. Not that I get much of that in nightclubs anymore anyway...

Maybe I am just spoiled, but I think wetlook has gotten stale over the past few years.

Outfits seems to be barely anything but t-shirt, jeans and sneakers or sports outfits and locations has a very high chance of being either a shower or a pool. I get that this is down to safe options but I wouldn't mind seeing something a little more classy like office outfits, tennis outfits or school uniforms. As for locations you can have wetlook fun if you bring water along with you or seek alternate ways of using a shower.

Heck I paid someone to stuff their butt in a toilet and flush it just to see how it would look.
