You're right that they're not adding new content, but the site is not dead: the links work and they're still accepting memberships at wetlookpro.com and mywetlook.com. Sites don't stay live like that without someone continuing to pay the hosting and merchant bills, so presumably the owner stopped making new content but is still happy to sell memberships for all the old stuff.

OP asked where to find the set, and I told him.

But wetlook pro has been dead for years i think.. they keep posting the same pictures over and over since years

Dude, the producer/website is spelled out right there in the file name and directory path, along with the date of the set, which you can use to find it on their site!

There’s a banner for that site right here on this forum’s homepage.

C’mon, you can figure this out.
