Bit late for the party, but thought I'd chip in with some suggestions.

Hair: braided, one or two braids.

Top: dark purple tank top, red plaid shirt tied to a knot from the front exposing belly, tight shirt with long sleeves but open on shoulders, long sleeved shirt with black and white stripes.

Bottom: blue jeans, black pants that have wide white stripe on the side of the legs.

Shoes: knee high Converse All-Stars, black Adidas Superstars, those old school bulky skate shoes.
