I'm having the same problem on both Gagon & xcream. Have bought videos from both sites for years.

Sent them 2 emails ... still waiting for a reply

I have a problem with paying with my Credit card, which I used many time before in your site. Data is correct, include expiration date, but after comfirm, site generate error window in japanese language. Translation is "Name of this card contains not supported charakcters". I have not other credit card. Your clips are perfect, I like your site. Thank You for Your answer.
