So it seems both wet festivals, the Thai Songkran and the Polish/Slovak/Hungarian/Ukrainian etc Wet Easter Monday will happen in Stay At Home / Lockdown conditions in all countries, so basically no new wetlook. Unless... so much stuff is happening online, people clearly need it, would be so cool to help start a trend, especially in those countries that would go viral, of you knowing, doing it at home. A Polish friend of mind gave me the idea, she is not a wetlooker but was wondering if many people will get wet in their own bathrooms etc and post it to show some degree of normality. And damn, did the idea stick. Such an Instagram/TikTok trend even from only the countries involved could really boost morale, at least of wetlook people during this time. So fingers crossed and I for one will try to make this happen with the idea and thenPolish hashtag tomorrow, if someone else can also try to start the trend, would be cool, I know there are many people here from Central and Eastern Europe so we can try, nobody really knows which trend will go viral, maybe we’ll get lucky :)
