Nice! The word "Vartavar" doesn't produce much from youtube, but "bataie cu apa" produces a few more hits, and leads to other things such as https://youtu.be/sTIQbVZr4DQ and https://youtu.be/OnHXLziXAak with keywords "Războiul cu apă".

in Armenia there is a Songkran like waterfestival mid-Summer called Vartavar

This girl decided to go out on that day in a long skirt. The effect was splendid.
