CTRL-I brings up a pop-up screen with 4 tabs: General / Media/ Permissions/Security. Click on Security. Highlight the URL of the picture. Generally, it's the last one with /e35/ in the URL. That image will show in the bottom half of the pop-up window.
On the right side of the pop-up are two buttons, SELECT ALL and SAVE AS. Click on SAVE AS and save the file.
